Century 21 Deknish LLC provides fine jewelry retail, custom jewelry design, jewelry repair and restoration, gemological appraisal, and related services from our showroom located at 1922 East 3rd Street, Brooklyn, NY 11223.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.
By providing your consent and mobile telephone number, you agree to receive recurring marketing and promotional SMS/MMS text messages from Century 21 Deknish LLC regarding our jewelry collections, promotions, events, and services. Messages will be sent using an automated telephone dialing system (ATDS).

Custom jewelry orders require a deposit and are subject to separate terms agreed upon at the time of order placement. Custom pieces are non-refundable once production has begun.
Repair services are performed at your risk. While we exercise the utmost care, we cannot be held liable for pre-existing damage to jewelry items. An estimate will be provided before any repair work is completed.
Appraisals reflect the appraiser's professional opinion of value at the time of appraisal and may differ from actual market selling price. Appraisal values may change over time with market fluctuations.
Our website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
